By creating an account, purchasing a course, subscribing to EDCEPTA Plus, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial learning unless we approve otherwise

3. Course Access and Licenses

When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your personal use. Access is typically provided for the lifetime of the course on our platform unless otherwise stated at purchase. Sharing logins or course files with third parties is prohibited.

4. EDCEPTA Plus Membership

Membership benefits—including member resources, live Q&A, priority support, and certificates—are described on our website at the time of purchase. Benefits may be updated over time. Membership fees are billed as displayed during checkout and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees for courses and memberships are shown as the final payable amount after 18% GST. Checkout shows the GST breakdown but does not add tax again on top of the listed price. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content—videos, text, graphics, code, assessments, and materials—is owned by EDCEPTA EDUCATION or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content except as permitted for your own learning within the platform.

7. User Conduct

You must not:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Harass instructors, staff, or other learners
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific employment, salary, or certification exam outcomes. Content is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDCEPTA EDUCATION is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any course content.
